Our platform connects models with customers seeking to book their services for various projects. We provide tools for profile creation, booking management, communication, and payment processing.
For Models: We provide a platform for you to create a professional profile, showcase your portfolio, manage bookings, communicate with customers, and receive payments.
For Customers: We provide a platform for you to discover and book models, communicate with them regarding projects, and make secure payments.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content.

Our Intellectual Property: The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our prior written consent.
Your License to Us: By submitting content to our Services (including profiles, portfolios, and communications), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing the Services.
Model Content: Models retain ownership of their profile information, portfolio images, and other content they upload to the platform. However, by uploading such content, models grant us the license described in Section 5 and grant customers the right to view such content through our Services.
Customer Content: Customers retain ownership of project descriptions, briefs, and other content they upload to the platform. However, by uploading such content, customers grant us the license described in Section 5 and grant models the right to view such content through our Services.
Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason, without prior notice.
Fees: We may charge fees for certain aspects of our Services. All fees are stated in the currency specified on the platform and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Model Payments: Models will receive payment for their services as specified in the booking terms. We may deduct a service fee from payments made to models.
Customer Payments: Customers agree to pay all fees associated with bookings made through our platform. Payment must be made using the payment methods we support.
Refunds: Refund policies for bookings are specified at the time of booking. In general, refunds are subject to the cancellation policy agreed upon by the model and customer.
Payment Disputes: Any payment disputes must be reported to us within 30 days of the transaction. We will work with both parties to resolve the dispute fairly.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.
